The paintings

In creating these paintings, I have sought to confront our own essence, to evolve among our fellow human beings... But is it possible to observe ourselves with sincere introspection?

Personalities often become landmarks in our societies, crossing the ages to become symbols that influence our lifestyles.

We identify with them, although in reality these individuals remain strangers to us. Yet a mysterious link binds us together. The egg, affixed to the eye, conceals a world that is foreign to us, that of the other person, but perhaps also our own.

The egg, an archetypal symbol, transcends time and space, just like these celebrities. The confrontation of these two symbols creates a duality that encourages us to look ourselves in the face by engaging in deep introspection.

An ocean of uncertainty lies within our beliefs, but should we give them a place in our existence?
